We offer the special service of a Lifetime Warranty on our Retap Drinkware.
On this page you can order a replacement for your broken Retap product. Please notice that the Lifetime Warranty is only valid within the EU (+ Switzerland & Macedonia).
The Lifetime Warranty counts the different Retap Drinkware products (bottle, carafe and water glasses). Be aware that we only replace broken products. If your bottle or carafe is broken, please keep the lid, we only replace the bottle/carafe.
To make a replacement order, we need a copy of your purchase receipt and a picture of the broken product. If the purchase receipt is from a webshop, your name and address need to be on the receipt. If your broken Retap product has the print of a different logo (not Retap), we need a picture of the print instead of the purchase receipt. There is a fee of € 5 for shipping and handling per replacement product.
Your replacement order will be shipped to the closest GLS shop, wherever possible. If you have any preferences for a GLS shop, please write us, which one you would like the order to be shipped to. If there is no GLS shop nearby, your order will be shipped to your private address.
You will not receive a receipt from us regarding your replacement order. The product will be send with GLS within 3-4 working days, and GLS will send you information regarding the delivery of your new Retap drinkware product.
